The RACE Report 2025 data submission season is now officially open!
We started with an introductory webinar led by Lauren, our Inclusion and Climate Justice Senior Project Manager, and Rachel, our Head of Research and Impact.
Lauren emphasised the why behind The RACE Report and our commitment to:
1. Create transparency – shining a light on where the sustainability sector stands, so we can move further and faster on equity, diversity and inclusion.
2. Work with the sector – bringing people in rather than calling people out, so we can work collectively towards a common goal.
3. Share practice – not just gathering data, but creating spaces for shared learning and collaboration so that data fuels tangible change
Rachel took us through the how: how to collect your organisation’s data, and how to submit it with confidence. She also talked through the return of our bi-annual Staff Perception Survey, back again in 2025 to give deeper insight into lived experiences in the sector.
