The staff perceptions survey is a biannual, optional element of The RACE Report. Organisations that opt into the staff perceptions survey will receive a link to an online survey that can be shared with their staff members.
The survey first ran in 2023, and you can see the questions which we asked in the survey in this pdf version. The survey will run again in 2025 and any updates to the questions will be shared here when we launch the 2025 campaign.
