SOS-UK are facilitating a series of discussion-based webinars to share learnings, challenges and opportunities for progressing inclusion in the environmental charity sector. Themes will initially cover: staff recruitment, retention and progression within organisations.
Building on our existing work which until 2024 has focused on the practicalities of how to participate in The RACE Report, we are please to announce the development of our engagement offering. From reviewing the Section C data, and as a result of feedback and discussions we’ve had with organisations at the RACE Summit, we would like to continue those conversations through a series of Learning Exchange webinars. We will be facilitating a space for organisations to share and discuss ideas on the opportunities and challenges of their policies and practices in regard to staff recruitment, retention and progression.
