Transparency cards

These transparency cards show the data for each organisation taking part in The RACE Report, further increasing transparency in the drive to improved diversity and inclusion. Use the filters to find out more about the organisations who've made a commitment to data transparency.

There are two types of transparency card, to reflect the size of the organisation represented. Those with 30 or more members of staff have reports which feature their diversity data along with the action the organisation is taking on equality diversity and inclusion. The cards for organisations with less than 30 staff only feature the action they are taken as a means of providing anonymity to those staff. For the same reason, no totals or exact percentages are given for the diversity data presented for larger organisations.
